Intern Project Manager

FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in the creation and design of projects/programs according to the clients' needs (study the briefing and make real and feasible proposals) after validation by the agency management.

• Manage and coordinate the designed programs until the end

• Create presentations for clients with the program.

• Contact suppliers for merchandising, catering, etc. and get quotes

• Be present during the EVENT in the place where it takes place, until the end.

• Create content for social networks with ideas to present to clients: reels, posts, stories, etc.

• Create press releases to send to the media and update the blog.

• Create simple designs required by the client if required (lanyards, minutes, flyers...)

• Attend national and international fairs, fam trips, etc. (if necessary)

REQUISITOS: ​

​

• Agreement with the university for 3-6 months

• English: high level spoken and written

• Spanish and native Catalan

• Other languages ​​are a plus (French, Italian, German...)

SE VALORA: 

• Driving license and own vehicle

• Knowledge of NOTION is a plus

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (GPT Chat and others), social networks and digital design.

 

Immediate incorporation

Hours: Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday from 9am-5pm

Hybrid work (2 mornings a week in an office in the center of Barcelona)
