The Congress of cosmetic technicians was held in Barcelona in September 2023 but 5 years before it took place, the entire Abile Corporate Events team was working on the organization of the important social events that accompany the scientific Congress.
It was a team effort and the two social events flowed as we proposed, it was a guaranteed success and enjoyed by both the organizers and the participants.

During the Congress everything was designed with great style, taste and elegance, all organized with capacity for 1000 people. Transfer and public transportation with unsurpassed organization and punctuality at the chosen time. Typical food from our Mediterranean environment, made with the best ingredients and taking care of all the details, also highlighting the solidarity theme by choosing soup kitchens that were very well received. We were able to enjoy spectacular sunsets from two very different points of the city and top activities in a very top environment.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some especially important topic, such as the issue of sustainability, which was a priority, but personally I would like to thank Abile Corporate Events because everything was treated with care and the final result was a great success with pleasant and totally reliable treatment.

This event, a pivotal moment for our company, required meticulous planning and seamless execution, and Abile proved to be not just collaborators, but true partners throughout the entire process.
The GSGFest was a three-day, all-inclusive professional seminar involving 850 attendees from five continents. This event also marked the reveal of our company’s new name and identity, making its success essential. Abile’s commitment to excellence was evident from the beginning of our three-month preparation period and extended through the event itself and even afterward. Their dedication, expertise, and proactive support far exceeded our expectations.
From the start, Abile was available every single day to assist with planning and coordination, offering invaluable support in every facet of the event. They were instrumental in securing a favorable agreement with our venue, PortAventura, negotiating costs and helping us optimize our budget without compromising on quality. Their strategic insights helped us make important decisions that elevated the entire experience.
Abile’s expertise went beyond logistics—they acted as a force of proposition, consistently delivering premium ideas that added a "wow" factor at every turn. From the venue selection, including standout locations like Flama Beach and Plaza del Toros, to the design of each event experience, their work was nothing short of spectacular. They delivered on their promise that this event would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and they played a significant role in boosting the pride of our employees and raising the profile of our brand on the global stage.
In terms of logistics, although we had an existing partnership with a travel agency, Abile seamlessly supported other critical elements such as transfers and the coordination of hostesses, who were impressively efficient. In hindsight, we regretted not entrusting Abile with the complete travel management, including flight arrangements, as their team handled every challenge—including a storm on the day of the attendees’arrival—with remarkable dedication and efficiency. Despite the weather disruptions, they personally addressed each attendee’s needs, ensuring that all 850 people arrived feeling secure and satisfied with the organization.
Moreover, Abile demonstrated incredible flexibility on-site, adjusting to inevitable delays with ease. Their strong relationships with key partners allowed us to modify schedules and adapt entertainment timings seamlessly, a level of responsiveness that was invaluable.
Even after the event, Abile remained just as dedicated and proactive, ensuring that all loose ends were tied up and every aspect of the event concluded smoothly. Their professionalism and commitment extended beyond the event's conclusion, which is a testament to the high level of service they consistently provided.
