On June 7th, the EPTO Adevinta team met to celebrate its great growth in the last year, from 4 people to more than 100. The goal was to get to know each other better, open up, and promote inclusion and diversity in a fun and casual way.
After all, you get to know someone better by playing for an hour than after 1 year of emails.
We took the space exclusively to organize ad hoc activities. We started with various dynamics to encourage debate and listening to each other, and ended with t-shirt painting, team competitions and meditations on the beach! Always with music by a professional DJ, lots of fun and good vibes.
There is no better way to end the semester full of motivation and feeling part of the company as if it were a family.
