Some challenges mark the year. Our client, a company that wanted to celebrate its 25th-anniversary last year and was affected by Covid-19, decided to recognize and thank its employees by offering them a full day of experiences that would unite them and create memorable moments. And the key was to keep it all flowing with lots and lots of good humor.
So we created an ad hoc program for them that was different, totally groundbreaking, and as they proved to us, 100% successful.
They were picked up with private buses and as a surprise, we challenged them to overcome, in teams, a "yellow humor" circuit, 100% exclusively for them. A lot of competition to become the fastest and most agile team, more laughs, photos, a lot of teamwork, and a great spirit of improvement made it something they will always remember! The day was also magnificent, with almost 20º in December... Luck was on our side.
Again in private buses, we moved them to the Hostalrich Castle, 100% exclusively for the group, decorated with their colors and values, all put with great affection, where a welcome drink was waiting for them on the terrace, great buffet lunch in the main hall based on seasonal products and km0, to finish with a karaoke session (it's amazing, it never fails!), more photos, and some molecular cocktails, to surprise them and reaffirm the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability. The best sunset of the month did its part, sending them off with a passionate red sky, which generated the magical atmosphere that was so appreciated.
