Organizing a large scale international event is not just about logistics. It’s about people.
About real connections.About culture.About making someone feel, even if just for a few days, part of something bigger again.
This project started like this:
1 year of work.1 destination.Almost 1,000 people.
And one clear idea from the very beginning: to create an experience capable of connecting global teams, motivating people, and strengthening their sense of belonging.
When remote work becomes a challenge and an opportunity
The client had an international team used to working remotely.People collaborating every day… without ever having met in person.
That’s why this international corporate event couldn’t be just another convention.
It had to be a turning point.
A moment to move from digital… to human.
The challenge: managing an event for nearly 1,000 people
Designing a large-scale event means orchestrating hundreds of decisions that must work as one.
In this case:
Nearly 1,000 international attendees
5 hotels operating in perfect sync
Multiple arrivals, transfers, and experiences
The real challenge wasn’t just organizing it. It was making everything feel effortless.
The experience: much more than an event
Mallorca was the setting. But what truly mattered was what people experienced.
We designed moments to surprise, engage and genuinely connect:
An interactive iPad-based activity to discover Mallorca, with traditional ensaimadas included
A dinner at Pueblo Español, where Sant Antoni “dimonis” welcomed guests with fire and tradition
A magician at the Convention Centre who left everyone amazed
Top DJs setting the tone for unforgettable nights
A dinner at Son Amar that transformed into a spectacular neon party
Because in large-scale corporate events, it’s not just about what you do… it’s about how you make people feel. That’s where the magic happens.
Sustainability in large events: from intention to action
Sustainability was one of the key pillars of the project.
Not as a message. But as a way of making decisions.
This large-scale sustainable event was built on real, measurable actions:
Digitalization of processes and materials to minimize paper usage
Reuse of design and production elements from previous events
Thoughtfully selected merchandising with a responsible, long-term approach
Donation of materials and resources to youth centers, giving a second life to items no longer needed
Because sustainability in large events is not only about reducing impact, but about creating a positive one.
The real outcome
Events happen fast.
But some leave a lasting mark.
And that’s what we aim for in every international event:not just to make it work… but to make it matter.
Because when people feel connected, everything changes.
