New BIG event: GSGFest, 850+pax, sustainable and VERY tech!


On September 9th, a huge event began at PortAventura World, where we closed 3 hotels exclusively so that, for 3 days, 850 people from 37 countries could meet and enjoy training and partying, obviously sustainably and innovatively.


The company wanted to bring all its employees together for the FIRST TIME to announce a new beginning. A new branding, a new visual identity, a new name... a new era in its history.


And what better way to give good news to the ENTIRE company than with a festival?

Here you can see our favorite moments of the event, but if you are interested, we will summarise how the event went day by day in this post!


It was a wonderful event, where sustainability and excellence were prioritized. Innovative alternatives were full of creativity were chosen and created something memorABILE.




DAY 1: DINNER FOR VIPS, under the moonlight, with live music and an exquisite menu.

After managing flights and transfers for 350 people on a day of storm, chaos, delays and cancellations... the Senior Leaders were able to enjoy a dinner in a restaurant by the sea, with an excellent Spanish menu of Km0.


DAY 2: TRAINING for some, ATTRACTIONS for others, COACHELLA for everyone.

While the rest of the attendees arrived, the Senior Leaders were at the PortAventura Convention Centre with training and team-building. At the same time, the rest had free access to all the attractions in the park throughout the day!


We took advantage of the opportunity to do sound tests and prepare the plenary hall for the big day.



When evening came, the park closed and we had the EXCLUSIVE Far West area, where we organized a COACHELLA with the best attractions, games, food trucks, cowboy dances... a success to get to know everyone, enjoy the park and keep the good vibes going. Makeup and accessory stations were also provided so that everyone could elevate their outfits!



DAY 3: PLENARY in CUBE mode, Hakas... and a bullring converted into a Techno Festival.

The last day was the most intense, from morning to night. They started in the convention center, where a plenary hall awaited them with a central stage and a CUBE screen, which allowed ALL people to perfectly see the presentations, shows, talks and multimedia. We decorated the entire room with LIGHTING effects, the most sustainable way, which neither creates nor destroys.


During the day, there were workshops in separate rooms. All access control to the talks was digital, efficient, fast and easy.



They all ate together in a standing position, but with an outside chill-out area where they could enjoy the Spanish sun, the good temperature and the company.



Before finishing, we brought a surprise HAKA, to motivate, activate and encourage all employees to face the new challenges head on, united and without fear!



For dinner, we took them to an old BULLRING, which we completely converted into a continental dinner and, later, a techno festival. A spectacular BATUCADA was waiting for us upon entering, guiding everyone to the entrance through a SMOKE TUNNEL and encouraging the participants from the very first minute.


Being such an international event, there was a food stand for EVERY CONTINENT, and one special to Spain. And, of course, an open bar in the center :)



We put up 3 screens totaling 26 meters wide, which were used to announce the important news of the NEW BRANDING, THE NEW IDENTITY AND THE NEW NAME of the company! Really impressive. That was the first day of the new company.


The central screen rose to give way to a live band, followed by a DJ who kept them dancing and celebrating until 4am.
