3.300 people from all over the world, 2 days full of activities, 19 different private gala dinners, and one main show, celebrating the passion for innovation, excellence and creativity in hair styling.
It was a pleasure to assist REVLON again (our 4th time after Budapest, Madrid & Lisboa) in making this event happen in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Rome. This time we took care of global logistics (venue selection, gala dinner catering, private charters and regular flights, hotels booking, private delegations dinners and parties, transfers, local special tours and activities..) and production, in alliance with our partner company: EVENTISIMO.
We managed to transfer 3.300 people from 33 different hotels in Rome to the venue (Fiera de Roma) in 1 hour! Also, to serve the banquet gala dinner in 1:08h. The show has been considered the best ever! A real record that we love to share with our partners & suppliers, thanks to all of them , we worked as a real team and we were able to deliver this unforgettable experience to our loyal client and their guests!
