BTS is a global consulting firm that decided to gather all its employees spread out around the globe in Barcelona for 3 days of conferences, meetings and partying. The BTS organization team chose Abile as a partner to carry out this event, and from the agency we are delighted to have worked hand in hand with all of them.

One of the key points of this event was the logistics, as we had the participants divided into two contiguous hotels, and, due to the number of small meetings that took place at the same time, we also divided the meals and the meetings in both hotels.

With the professional and festive nature of the company, they wanted to seek excellence and surprise both in the content of the training and the activities programmed. That is why we organize three completely different dinners:

First day dinner: It was held at the Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel, where part of the group was already hosted. It was a seated dinner after an intense day of meetings, which was followed by various musical performances by the workers themselves.

Second day dinner: It was a gala dinner at the Maritime Museum of Barcelona (Drassanes Reials / Atarazanas). Two opera singers where in charge of leading the initial toast singing "La Traviata" by Verdi. The end of the dinner was followed by the musical performances, and right after music, a lot of talking and drinks until after midnight.

Third day dinner: and the most surprising. This time we proposed a standing cocktail in La Cúpula de Las Arenas (an old bullfighting ring), with a totally galactic atmosphere (video below) that pleasantly surprised all the attendees. Catering, lights, projections, music, DJ ... everything fit perfectly together to create an unforgettable night in space.
